Wrestling is a test of strength, conditioning, and skill.  BH-BL wrestling is comprised of youth from kindergarten through high school who have the desire to learn and the heart to compete.   Located in Burnt Hills, NY we are home to the Burnt Hills Ballston Lake Wrestling, CDYWL Youth League Team and the Battle for the Belt Tournament.
